THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND SUFFERING AMONG CHILDREN BETWEEN HE AGES OF 2 AND 10 YEARS WITH CHILDHOOD CANCER OR OTHER LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN THE DURHAM TEES VALLEY AREA BY THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY GOODS, ITEMS, SERVICES AND RESPITE HOLIDAYS AND SHORT BREAKS.
