(I) THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH OF PEOPLE LIVING IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES, BY PROMOTING AND FACILITATING ACCESS TO GOODS AND SERVICES IN RELATION TO HEALTH, NUTRITION AND WELLBEING, AND (II) TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE WORK OF ORGANISATIONS FORMED FOR THE OBJECTS SET OUT IN (I) ABOVE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE PROVISION OF FUNDS FOR THE PROMOTION AND SUPPORT OF PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN BY VALID NUTRITION REGISTERED IN IRELAND WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES
