Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE ANY PURPOSE THAT IS CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROMOTING AND DEVELOPING SCHEMES AND PROGRAMMES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE BETWEEN SHARED LOCATIONS ON THE GREENWICH MERIDIAN (IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGHOUT AFRICA) SUCH PLACES TO BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME WITH THE FOLLOWING AIMS IN MIND: A) RELIEVING THOSE IN NEED; B) RELIEVING POVERTY; C) PROMOTING GOOD HEALTH; D) PROMOTING HEALTHY RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE E) WORKING WITH SOCIALLY EXCLUDED PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN PLAY A FULLER PART IN THEIR COMMUNITIES SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY IMPROVE; F) ADVANCING EDUCATION, AND G) DEVELOPING THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY
