THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HACKNEY, HARINGEY, TOWER HAMLETS, ISLINGTON AND WALTHAM FOREST AND GREATER LONDON BY: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CULTURAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES; (B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS; (C) THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
