Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTNCES OR ILL USAGE, AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS. IN PARTICULAR AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE ANIMALS IN QUESTION SHALL BE GERMAN SHEPHERD DOGS OR CROSS-BREEDS THEREOF. THE APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY SHALL INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION THE ASSESSMENT OF BEHAVIOURAL ISSUES, TAKING INTO PROTECTIVE CUSTODY, TRAINING OF THE DOGS AND POTENTIAL CARERS TO COPE WITH BEHAVIOURAL ISSUES, ASSESSMENT OF POTENTIAL NEW HOMES FOR THE DOGS, AND SUITABLY REHOMING THE DOGS.
