Charitable objects
A) TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE A CENTRE FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR THOSE OF THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY WHO ARE IN NEED THEREOF BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, POVERTY, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES; (B) TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION MAINLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY MEANS OF BROADCASTING ISLAMIC MESSAGES OF A TEACHING NATURE. (C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE PUBLIC IN THE MUSLIM CULTURE AND HERITAGE. (D) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
