We are attempting to remove barriers by obtaining funding to offer an intensive pre-employment / training residential course over a 6 week period. Prior to the start of the programme they will complete initial briefing, training which will include team building and an individual skills analysis. Creating the environment for young people to discover and develop themselves . .
