Charitable objects
4 OBJECTS 4.1 THE CHARITYS OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: 4.1.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF ART; 4.1.2 TO ACQUIRE AND MAINTAIN WORKS OF ART WHICH SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO MUSEUMS, ART GALLERIES OR ANY OTHER SUCH INSTITUTIONS AS THE DIRECTORS SHALL AGREE FROM TIME TO TIME FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC; 4.1.3 TO BUILD AND CONSTRUCT ROOMS, BUILDINGS OR PARTS OF BUILDINGS TO HOUSE ALL OR PART OF THE CHARITY COLLECTION OF WORKS OF ART (THE COLLECTION); 4.1.4 TO PROMOTE ART FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF ARTIST ROOMS (ARTIST ROOMS) WITHIN SUCH MUSEUMS, ART GALLERIES AND OTHER SUCH INSTITUTIONS AS THE DIRECTORS SHALL AGREE FROM TIME TO TIME; 4.1.5 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF ARTIST ROOMS; AND 4.1.6 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY MAKING AVAILABLE WORKS OF ART FOR DISPLAY IN SUCH MUSEUMS, ART GALLERIES AND OTHER SUCH BUILDINGS OR INSTITUTIONS AS THE DIRECTORS SHALL AGREE FROM TIME TO TIME.
