TO PROVIDE FOR THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF ANIMALS OF ALL KINDS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES ILL USAGE OR OTHER SIMILAR CAUSES AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.
