TO ASSIST DISABLED PERSONS LIVING IN THE IMMEDIATE AND SURROUNDING AREA OF THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF SOLIHULL BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR SPORT, RECREATION AND INSTRUCTION IN SWIMMING.
