TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF VULNERABLE PEOPLE IN BRADFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY: (A) PROVIDING ACCESS TO SAFE AND SECURE PRIVATE RENTED ACCOMMODATION; (B) PROMOTING AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO MEETING THEIR NEEDS; (C) FORGING PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER LOCAL ORGANISATIONS TO ENSURE EACH VULNERABLE PERSON RECEIVES THE SERVICES TO WHICH THEY ARE ENTITLED. WITH THE AIM OF EMPOWERING VULNERABLE PEOPLE TO OBTAIN THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY TO MANAGE SUCCESSFUL INDEPENDENT LIVING.
