Activities - how the charity spends its money
In 23/24 the group organised a FREE cinema event for the local community and was successful . We also had additional play equipment to the existing play area new picnic area . We also looking at bringing back the old bowling green which has not been used since 2007.The group worked with another local animal charity Raven Rescue and held an event on the park.

Charitable objects
A) PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BUFFERY PARK AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD TOGETHER WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONALITY, AGE, DISABILITY RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS; (B) ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT, OF THE COMMUNITY CENTRE (THE BUFFERY PARADISE CENTRE) AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME WHETHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY STATUTORY AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS. ALL WORK CARRIED OUT AND ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN AT THE CENTRE WILL BE COMPLETED WITH DUE REGARD TO THE PROTECTION OF OUR LOCAL ENVIRONMENT AND THE WIDER ENVIRONMENTAL NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITIES; (C) PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN OR IMPROVE, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE A PUBLIC RECREATION GROUND AND PLYING FIELD (KNOWN AS BUFFERY PARK HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "THE PARK") IN THE VICINITY OF A LANDFILL SITE, WHERE IT IS FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.
