THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE TO INCREASE THEIR KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND LOVE OF MUSIC AND THEIR ABILITY TO DEVELOP MUSICALLY TO THE MOST ADVANCED STANDARD OF WHICH THEY ARE CAPABLE.
