Charitable objects
1) THE WEST WATFORD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATOIN IS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE OBJECTS ONLY. IN PARTICULAR WEST WATFORD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WEST WATFORD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX, RACE, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR HEALTH, RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS. 2) TO ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNTIY CENTRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CENTRE") AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE, OR TO CO-OPERATE WITH ANY LOCAL STATUTORY BODY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY WEST WATFORD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AND ITS CONSTITUENT BODIES IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
