3. OBJECTS THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR ALL OBJECTS REGARDED AS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION): 3.1 THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, HEALTHCARE AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT. 3.2 THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING OF PEOPLE IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTER, TROUBLE OR CATASTROPHE IN THE FORM OF FINANCIAL, MEDICAL OR OTHER ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS AND/OR COUNTRIES AFFECTED. 3.3 THE ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE AND THE RELIEF NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) THROUGH RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. 3.4 THE PROMOTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (AS SET OUT IN THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND SUBSEQUENT UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS AND DECLARATIONS) THROUGHOUT THE WORLD BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: 3.4.1 MONITORING ABUSES OF HUMAN RIGHTS; 3.4.2 OBTAINING REDRESS FOR THE VICTIMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE; 3.4.3 RELIEVING NEED AMONG THE VICTIMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE; 3.4.4 RESEARCH INTO HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES; 3.4.5 PROVIDING TECHNICAL ADVICE TO GOVERNMENT AND OTHERS ON HUMAN RIGHTS MATTERS; 3.4.6 CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS LAW; 3.4.7 COMMENTING ON PROPOSED HUMAN RIGHTS LEGISLATION; 3.4.8 RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES; 3.4.9 PROMOTING PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS; 3.4.10 PROMOTING RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS; 3.4.11 INTERNATIONAL ADVOCACY OF HUMAN RIGHTS; 3.4.12 ELIMINATING INFRINGEMENTS OF HUMAN RIGHTS.
