TO FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM THE DISABILITIES ARISING FROM SPINA BIFIDA MYELOMENMGOCELE AND HYDROCEPHALUS AND TO PRESS FOR ADEQUATE FACILITIES FOR THE SPECIAL CARE, EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT AND GENERAL WELFARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM THOSE DISABILITIES THROUGH LOCAL AUTHORITIES, GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND ALL OTHER SIMILAR BODIES.
