1) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CELIAC DISEASE, GLUTEN-INTOLERANCE OR ANY RELATED MEDICAL CONDITION; 2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE NATURE OF THE CELIAC CONDITION AND ITS TREATMENTS AND HOW TO SAFELY CATER FOR THEIR NEED; AND 3) TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO THE NATURE, CAUSES ALLEVIATION, TREATMENT AND CURE OF THE CELIAC CONDITION AND TO PUBLISH ANY USEFUL RESULTS INTO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.
