(2) TO RELIEF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY DARFUR AND OTHER PARTS OF THE DIASPORA AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT.
