Charitable objects

(2) THE INCOME OF THE COMPANY SHALL BE APPLIED IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS SET OUT IN ARTICLE 2.A (1) ABOVE AND SHALL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO PAY BY WAY OF DISTRIBUTION TO THE MEMBERS OF THE COMPANY.
