Provides a wide range of community services for children, young people and families. Including a nursery catering for up to 42 children from 2 to 5 years. A play and stay group for parents and children. After school and Playscheme provision for children 5 to 12 years old. Youth club for young people from 8 to 21 years of age, and a pensioners club including outings, lunch and light exercise.

TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD SERVED BY ST. ANDREW'S UNITED REFORM CHURCH, BROCKLEY, AND ESPECIALLY YOUNG PEOPLE, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME PURSUITS WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.
