Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND RELIGION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY: 4.1 PAYING OR APPLYING THE FUNDS OF THE CHARITY AND THE INCOME THEREOF, OR PROVIDE SERVICES, TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE COLLEGE AS THE DIRECTORS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE; AND 4.2 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR SUCH CHARITABLE FOUNDATION AS THE DIRECTORS BEING NOT LESS THAN THREE IN NUMBER SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BY DEED EXECUTED WITH THEIR UNANIMOUS CONSENT DECLARE, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING OBJECTS IT IS INTENDED THAT THE FUNDS OF THE CHARITY AND THE INCOME THEREOF SHALL BE PAID OR APPLIED PRIMARILY FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF THE COLLEGE
