THE PURPOSE OF THE FRIENDS IS TO MAINTAIN, REPAIR, RESTORE AND PRESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE FABRIC OF ST ANDREWS CHURCH BY SUPPLEMENTING THE FUNDS ALLOCATED BY THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF ST ANDREW'S CHURCH HEADINGTON ("THE PCC") FOR THE FABRIC OF ST ANDREW'S CHURCH WITH FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE FRIENDS FOR THAT PURPOSE.
