The Farrar Foundation predominantly supports young people in South and South East Asia and Africa in Science, Sports, Education and the Arts for the benefit of others within their country. Currently it is supporting The Mountain Medicine Society of Nepal, the Quy Vout Kho Fund in Vietnam, Patan Hospital in Nepal, Africa Research Excellence Fund.

Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS): I.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND MEDICAL CARE OF CHILDREN IN SOUTH EAST ASIA ESPECIALLY VIETNAM AND NEPAL AND THE UK AS LINKED WITH THESE COUNTRIES BY WORKING WITH APPROVED AGENCIES, CHARITIES OR STATUTORY BODIES IN PROVIDING FACILITIES, RESEARCH AND RESOURCES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED FOR BY THEIR GOVERNMENTAL BODIES. II.TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN BY WORKING WITH APPROVED AGENCIES AND OTHER CHARITIES TO HELP ENHANCE SUCH FACILITIES IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. III.TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT.
