TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY HALL ON LAND HELD IN TRUST BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE BASIL ONIDIES MEMORIAL CENTRE AT FRAMFIELD ROAD, BUXTED, EAST SUSSEX, FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF BUXTED AND ITS VICINITY, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR EARLY YEARS EDUCATION, MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
