Charitable objects
OBJECTS THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: 1. TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION, PHYSICAL HEALTH AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN PRIMARILY UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY PROVIDING EDUCATION AND SUPPORT FACILITIES IN COMMUNITIES IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM AND OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM; 2. THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION (OR ASSISTANCE IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION) OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND THE FURTHERANCE OF EDUCATION IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM AND OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM (WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED) FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES; 3.
