Charitable objects
The objects of the Charity are for the public benefit to preserve and protect health and to provide relief for individuals affected by head and neck cancer, including without limitation: 1. by advancing education and promoting and funding research in relation to the causes, prevention, treatment and cure of head and neck cancers, and publishing the useful results of that research; 2. by providing practical support, information and assistance to individuals affected by head and neck cancer, their carers and family; and 3. by promoting collaboration and best practice in the treatment and care of individuals affected by head and neck cancers, including (without limitation) through the provision of grants and financial support. Nothing in the objects shall authorise an application of property for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with s.7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
