Improving the well-being of older people who are in need of social inclusion because they are housebound or socially isolated, through 1) OPAL Clubs operating in Frodsham, Helsby, Kelsall, Malpas, Tarporley and Tattenhall; 2) Providing community inclusion services; 3) Providing breaks for carers of older people in rural areas; 4) Helping older people use the internet.

1. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONGST OLDER PEOPLE AND THEIR CARERS IN RURAL WEST CHESHIRE WHO ARE, OR COULD BE, SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF THEIR AGE OR CIRCUMSTANCES. 2. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF OLDER PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED AND THEIR CARERS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE DIRECTORS THINK FIT.
