Charitable objects
3.1 THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS).
3.2 THE OBJECTS ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY, WHETHER OR NOT IN EMERGENCIES, AND THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASONS OF FINANCIAL OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, PRINCIPALLY AMONGST CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD BY MAKING GRANTS TO SUITABLE ORGANISATIONS WORLD-WIDE.
