THE COMPANY'S OBJECTS ARE:
(A) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS; AND
(B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE PROVISIONS OF SUCH CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION.
