2. THE RELIEF IN NEED, AND PROMOTION OF HEALTHY RECREATION, OF INJURED OR DISABLED FORMER SERVICE PERSONNEL THROUGH THE ENCOURAGEMENT, SUPPORT AND PROVISION OF ADAPTIVE WINTER SPORTS ACTIVITIES.
