1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF LEARNERS AT PETERBOROUGH REGIONAL COLLEGE BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES;
2 TO PROVIDE RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF LEARNERS AT PETERBOROUGH REGIONAL COLLEGE.
