THE RELIEF OF ALL REGISTERED PRACTITIONERS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE GRADES OF CONSULTANTS SENIOR HOSPITAL MEDICAL OFFICERSSENIOR AND ASSISTANT REGISTRARS OF SUCH OTHER EQUIVALENT GRADES AS THE REGIONAL COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE IN THE AREA OF NECESSITOUS WIVES OF SUCH PERSONS AND IN SPECIAL CASES THE NECESSITOUS PARENTS OR COLLATERAL RELATION OF ANY WHO MAY BE DECEASED.
