TO PROVIDE, MANAGE AND MAINTAIN FACILITIES AND OPEN SPACES AT MARTLEY VILLAGE PLAYING FIELD FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF MARTLEY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
