(I)TO ACTIVELY PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN FROM THE AGE OF THREE YEARS AND ABOVE THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS IN A MANNER WHICH IS AND WILL HEREAFTER BE DEEMED TO BE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES. (II)TO MAINTAIN THE MEA AND ESTABLISH ANY OTHER SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS WITHIN THE COUNTY OF TYNE & WEAR OR ANY COUNTIES ADJOINING TYNE & WEAR. (III)TO ENSURE THAT ANY SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS ESTABLISHED IS MAINTAINED, GOVERNED AND ADMINISTERED ON ISLAMIC PRINCIPLES.
