Charitable objects
(A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT TIVERTON, THREE SPIRES AND SHERBOURNE FIELDS SCHOOLS IN COVENTRY BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL OUTSIDE NORMAL SCHOOL HOURS. (B) TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR CHILDREN, THEIR PARENTS AND CARERS UP TO THE AGE OF 19 YEARS OLD LIVING IN COVENTRY AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: (I) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING CHILDREN BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS. CAPACITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; (II) ADVANCING EDUCATION; (III) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT (IV) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN COVENTRY AND SURROUNDING AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
