3.SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES FOR PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE.
4.THE PROMOTION OF THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFICACY OF CHARITIES.
