TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE POLISH CITIZANS BY: A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; AND B) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
