THE COMPANY'S OBJECTS ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF OF THE NEEDS OF CARERS OF PEOPLE OF ALL AGES WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, BY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A)THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE TO CARERS TO ENABLE THEM TO BECOME EFFECTIVE ADVOCATES FOR THEMSELVES AND THE PERSON THEY CARE FOR. (B)THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE AND TRAINING TO PROFESSIONALS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ENABLE THEM TO IMPROVE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE OF CARERS.
