Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR, AND PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE BLIND OR PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS THROUGHOUT WALES BUT PRIMARILY THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS OF THE COUNTY COUNCILS OF ANGLESEY, CONWY, DENBIGHSHIRE, FLINTSHIRE, GWYNEDD, POWYS AND WREXHAM.
