THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: FOR THE PUBLIC BENIFIT TO PROMOTE EDUCATION THROUGH SPONSORED EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING OF PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 19 IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT INCLUDING; OBJECT ONE AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SUFFICIENT SPONSORSHIP TO ENABLE THEM TO PURSUE AN EMPLOYED APPRENTICESHIP THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNAVAILABLE DUE TO BARRIERS SUCH AS AGE AND EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT. PROVIDING EDUCATION THROUGH EMPLOYMENT IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT EDUCATION OR TO PREPARE FOR ENTRY TO ANY OCCUPATION, TRADE OR PROFESSION. OBJECT TWO TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF SPONSORSHIP TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN EMPLOYED APPRENTICESHIP OR TRAINING ACTIVITIES THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE ACCESS. TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS AGED 15 TO 18 IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND PERMANANT EMPLOYMENT THROUGH ACCESSING AN EMPLOYED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME OR FORMAL TRAINING INORDER TO GAIN RECOGNISED QUALIFICATIONS. OBJECT THREE TO ADVANCE IN LIFE, EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, AGED 15 TO 18 AND OF EMPLOYMENT AGE, THROUGH; PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP YOUNG PEOPLE'S SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 15 TO 18, THROUGH APPRENTICESHIP ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. OBJECT FOUR TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 15 TO 18 LIVING IN NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AND DERBYSHIRE PROVIDING ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND ORGAINISING APPRENTICESHIP ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF; ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT, ADVANCING EDUCATION THROUGH APPRENTICESHIPS AND OFFERING FORMAL EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES.
