FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF THE DROITWICH CANALS, AN HISTORIC HERITAGE WATERWAY, AND TO PROMOTE THE ENHANCEMENT OF ITS ENVIRONMENT
