To provide for the inhabitants of Driffield and surrounding area, a skatepark facility for leisure time occupation, in particular (but not exclusively) skateboarding, BMX biking, roller-blading and scooter-riding for individuals and the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants
