1. THE RELIEF OF NEED FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE, OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS IN THE NOTTINGHAM URBAN AREA AS DEFINED BY THE OFFICE OF NATIONAL STATISTICS EXCLUDING THOSE PARTS WITHIN THE COUNTY OF DERBYSHIRE (THE "BENEFICIARIES") BY A) PROVIDING RESOURCES TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE, ENABLING THEM TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. B) PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THEIR SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. C) PROVIDING A PROGRAMME OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF COMBATING ISOLATION AND PROMOTING SOCIAL INCLUSION AND INTEGRATION. 2. THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THE BENEFICIARIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, EDUCATION, SIGNPOSTING AND PRACTICAL ADVICE. 3.
