THE RELIEF OF NEED FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE, OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS IN THE NOTTINGHAM URBAN AREA AS DEFINED BY THE OFFICE OF NATIONAL STATISTICS EXCLUDING THOSE PARTS WITHIN THE COUNTY OF DERBYSHIRE (THE "BENEFICIARIES") BY A) PROVIDING RESOURCES TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE, ENABLING THEM TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. B) PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THEIR SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
