Charitable objects
(1) THE PROMOTION OF CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE CROFT WARD OF BLYTH, NORTHUMBERLAND. (2) THE PROMOTION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF URBAN OR RURAL REGENERATION IN AREAS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEPRIVATION (AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE CROFT WARD OF BLYTH, NORTHUMBERLAND) BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: (I) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE OR THOSE WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES; (II) THE PROTECTION OR CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT; AND (III) THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND PREVENTION OF CRIME. (3) TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITIES (AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE CROFT WARD OF BLYTH, NORTHUMBERLAND) IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. (4) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE CROFT WARD OF BLYTH, NORTHUMBERLAND.
