TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED BY REFUGEES AS WELL AS DEPRIVED AND NEEDY KACHIN PEOPLE. (ILL) . TO PROMOTE FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT EDUCATION BASE ON THE UNITED NATION'S UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND DOCUMENTATION OF HUMAN RIGHT ABUSES.
