TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN THE BURIAL RECORDS OF NORTHWOOD CEMETERY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; AND 3. TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION OF THE LANDSCAPE, ARBORETA, FLORA AND WILDLIFE OF NORTHWOOD CEMETERY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
