FUNDING RECEIVED FROM WIRRAL COMMUNITY FUND OF ?350,875 TO SUPPORT SET UP. OUR VISION IS TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY FOCUSED CENTRE AT THE HEART OF HIGHER BEBINGTON WHICH DELIVERS QUALITY EXPERIENCES IN A WELCOMING AND CARING ENVIRONMENT.

Charitable objects
(1)TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE, DISABILITY, NATIONALITY, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS & THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY & OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION & TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION & LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS; (2)TO ESTABLISH, AND TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF, A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MANAGE AND TO MAINTAIN THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS; (3) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES, AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED.
