TO HOLD ON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LEVERINGTON IN THE COUNTY OF CAMBRIDGESHIRE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLICITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES OR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
