THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN SANDHURST AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR EMOTIONAL STRESS IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: 3.1 BY THE PROVISION OF A COUNSELLING SERVICE WITH A CHRISTIAN ETHOS; 3.2 BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION FOR THOSE INVOLVED IN COUNSELLING ON BEHALF OF THE CHARITY; AND 3.3 BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL TRAINING AND STUDY FACILITIES FOR THOSE INVOLVED IN COUNSELLING ON BEHALF OF THE CHARITY AND THE GENERAL COMMUNITY.
