Charitable objects
(1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THE CONTINENT OF AFRICA; (2) TO RELIEVE POVERTY (OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP) AMONG THOSE LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS, THEIR DEPENDENTS, AND ORPHANS AND OTHER VULNERABLE CHILDREN (OVC) LIVING ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING HEALTHCARE, TRANSPORT, SUPPORT/ADVICE, FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION; (3) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF HIV/AIDS THROUGH CAMPAIGNING, THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE; (4) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO HIV/AIDS AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT; (5) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG COMMUNITIES AND INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS; AND (6) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY (OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP) ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT. (7) SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE DIRECTORS OF THE CHARITY MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
